At Rosie’s Vintage Kitchen, we aim to provide clear and transparent shipping information so customers understand delivery scope, timelines, and expectations before placing an order.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the carrier and tracking information will be provided via email.


Shipping Time

After processing, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, local delivery conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other remote or island locations may experience longer delivery times than standard destinations.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States.

International shipping is not available at this time.
If you are located outside the United States, please contact us in advance before placing an order so we can review your request.


Where Do Orders Ship From?

Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our shop address through our trusted logistics partners.

Depending on product availability and destination, shipments may be dispatched from our primary shop location or coordinated through authorized logistics facilities to ensure reliable delivery and tracking.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship orders using the following carriers:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • Yandex

In some cases, alternative carrier routing or logistics partners may be used to ensure timely delivery or improved service depending on the destination.


Shipping Methods & Fees

Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We currently offer one shipping method only:

  • Standard Shipping — $4.99

Shipping fees cover handling, packaging, logistics coordination, and tracking services.
There are no hidden shipping charges beyond what is shown at checkout.

All applicable taxes are already included in the product price, and no additional taxes will be added at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

All orders include a tracking number.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment confirmation.


Delays & Exceptions

Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Local delivery issues

If your tracking has not updated for several days or you have concerns about your delivery, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to address issues, reshipment may require additional shipping fees.
