1. Returns & Refunds — General Terms

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Rosie’s Vintage.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
This policy applies to all purchases unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.


2. Return Period

  • Returns or refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date (based on tracking or delivery confirmation).

  • After 30 days from delivery, we cannot guarantee eligibility for a return or refund.


3. Condition of the Item for Return

Items must be returned in the following condition to qualify:

  • All original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories (if any) remain intact.

  • Not damaged, altered, or missing any part.

Items that do not meet these conditions — including clearance / final sale items, customized / made-to-order items, or items clearly returned used — are not eligible for return or refund.


4. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

    • Photos if the item was received damaged or incorrect

  2. Wait for our confirmation — we’ll review your request and reply within 1–2 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions (address / shipping label if we cover shipping / guidelines).

⚠️ Do not send items back before receiving our approval — returns sent without approval may be refused or returned to sender.


5. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • If return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product, or manufacturing defect): We cover return shipping costs.

  • If return is due to change of mind, wrong choice, style preference, or other customer-side reasons: Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Original shipping fees, express shipping fees, and handling charges are non-refundable.


6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned items to confirm eligibility.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 3–7 business days after we confirm receipt and approval.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalize the refund (may take 3–10 business days depending on provider).

Refunds will exclude any non-refundable charges (original shipping charges, restocking fees if applicable — see below).


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted if the returned item qualifies — as per Condition (section 3) — and the request is made within the return window.
Because our inventory may change, we cannot guarantee availability of exchanged items.
If the new item is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.

For exchanges, return shipping is treated the same as returns described in Section 5.


8. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once the order is marked as shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — use return process if needed.


9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective / broken

  • Incorrect (wrong item, wrong size/colour)

→ Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number.
We will, at our discretion: replace the item, refund it, or provide store credit.
Return shipping in this case is on us.


10. No-Return / Final Sale Exceptions

Certain items may be marked as final sale or non-returnable (e.g. clearance items, personalized/custom made-to-order products).
In that case: refunds / returns / exchanges are not accepted — unless there is a shipping or fulfillment error on our part (see Section 9).

These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.


11. Fraud Prevention & Abuse Policy

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if we suspect:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Returns of used or damaged items

  • Return package manipulation / damage

  • Return abuse or excessive returns over time


12. Policy Changes

We may update or revise this policy at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
Your continued use of this site after such posting constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
